China Ambassador and AGM

President Enock Kamuzora (R) handing over a Makonde curving to HE Dr. Lu Youqin in recognition of his valuable support to BUDEFO. This was during a farewell reception at the end of the Ambassador’s tour in Tanzania in September 2017. Looking on is BUDEFO Secretary General Tryphon Rutazamba.
